Fast, Tracked and Discreet Delivery

Please note that a 'working day' is Monday to Friday inclusive. Royal Mail standard deliveries are delivered within 2-3 working days. 95% of Royal Mail tracked 24 deliveries are delivered within 1 working day but a small percentage will take slightly longer. Special Delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1 working day.

We are a UK-based company and there are a number of national Bank Holidays throughout the year. Should your order be placed over a Bank Holiday, your items will be dispatched the following working day. While we always strive to deliver your order on time, Bank Holidays may cause a delay in the dispatch and arrival of your purchase. Should you wish to confirm when UK Bank Holidays are, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team.

UK Delivery Options

We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Standard deliveries on the day of ordering, if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. After these times your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that these parcels take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order.

All orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day the following week.

To keep you informed on the progress of your delivery, you may receive SMS / email updates from Royal Mail as your package makes its way to you. These alerts are automatically sent by Royal Mail and won't be seen by anyone other than the recipient. Please use your tracking code on the Royal Mail website to view the shipping progress of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery takes 1 working day longer to the following locations: Scottish Highlands: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56. FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39. KW1-14, PA21-33. PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42

Republic Of Ireland:

Delivery to the Republic Of Ireland will take an estimated 3-5 working days to arrive, customs clearance dependant.

Discreet Billing and Packaging

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging i.e. plain brown boxes, grey mail bags or padded envelopes for smaller items.

The name Discreet Pleasure will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging. Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name ‘DPCO Holdings Limited'. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown to the right and will include a small returns address label with our ‘DPCO Holdings Limited'' headquarters on.
