Special Delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1 working day.

We are a UK-based company and there are a number of national Bank Holidays throughout the year. Should your order be placed over a Bank Holiday, your items will be dispatched the following working day. While we always strive to deliver your order on time, Bank Holidays may cause a delay in the dispatch and arrival of your purchase. UK Delivery Options

We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Standard deliveries on the day of ordering, if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. After these times your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that these parcels take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order.

All orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day the following week.
